Berkel Europe Model 115E

The flywheel slicer model 115E is the latest flywheel slicer produced by the historic Dutch factory in the period beginning in 1952 and arriving until the closure of the historic establishments in 2000 at the Berkel factories in Rotterdam Holland and numerous other countries where, Berkel itself had opened production factories. The slicer body has a molded shape of modern conception and design and has a cutting capacity of 255 mm. in width 240 mm. in height and 160 mm. in length. The Berkel Model 115E slicer uses a blade of 370 mm. The Berkel flywheel slicer model 115E has a slice thickness adjustment at 20 positions. It is attached to the right side of the body of the machine.
