The flywheel slicer model 7 was built in the period between 1922 and 1928. The Berkel model 7 is the second model that is also assembled in Italy in the plants of the Brevetti van Berkel Italia in Milan. This slicer is a variant of the Berkel model 5 The Italian version of the salami fixing arm is open in the direction of the flywheel to allow even larger products to be fixed more quickly. The Berkel slicer Model 7 was originally painted in red, metallic gray black and ivory, while the metal parts were chromed. The sharpener for the blade, placed in the upper part of the shoulder, is the same one that is mounted in the Berkel model 5 and of the same shape, but different, from the one mounted in the Berkel model 8h. The Berkel slicer model 7 needs a support of 250 mm. front - 300 mm. Rear - 460 mm. length having a total size of 660 mm. in height - 840 mm. in length - 620 mm. in width. The Berkel slicer model 7 has a net weight of 105 Kg. It was installed in various shops and butchers directly on the work benches, on request was supplied its original pedestal produced by Berkel. This slicer, like all the flywheel slicers that have been restored and sold by The World's Best Slicers, is restored exclusively with the exclusive use of original antique decals respecting the color tone and supplied with its original pedestal, avoiding trivial copies.

[29

0":"post-5463","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-berkel-europa","8":"first","9":"instock","10":"shipping-taxable","11":"product-type-simple
["GET
