Model Condor

Model Condor

The Condor, produced in the period from 1904 to 1908, is the evolution of the very rare model B, is perhaps the rarest slicer produced in the factory of Van Berkel's Patent in the Rotterdam Netherlands . This remains as the only specimen surveyed. The peculiarity of this model of slicer is, in addition to having an operation without flywheel, the use through the left arm and the displacement of the blade fixed on the shoulder that tilting close to the cart gets the cut of the product from slicers. Use a blade of 300 mm. which is activated by the pivoted movement of the shoulder itself. This slicer has a 14 slice thickness adjustment and is one of the few slicers that was produced in Europe in green color. Requires a support of 27 cm. in width and 39 c. in length and has a total footprint of 44 cm. in width over 50 cm. in length and 71 cm. in height, and a weight of 55 kg.
